Heather Wyman
Controller
Ms. Wyman joined Centennial as its Controller in May 2012. She has more than 30 years of accounting experience in various industries, focusing mainly on financial reporting and taxes.
Prior to joining Centennial, Ms. Wyman served as controller for Westmount Realty Capital, LLC, a privately held Dallas‐based company with activities in commercial real estate investment, development, and lending. While at Westmount, she implemented YardiVoyager 6.0 and was responsible for the accounting and taxes for over 15 properties and more than 40 legal entities.
Ms. Wyman also has extensive tax and financial reporting experience. She worked in the tax departments for Diamond Shamrock Corp. and American Airlines, and later progressed in her career to Director of Tax for DalfortCorporation to Director of Corporate Accounting and Tax, Chief Financial Officer, and finally to Chief Executive Officer and Responsible Officer for Braniff, Inc.
Ms. Wyman attended The Ohio State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting with a major in tax from the University of North Texas. She is a licensed C.P.A. in the State of Texas.
