• Steven Levin

    Chief Executive Officer

    Steven Levin is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Centennial. Mr. Levin is a 32-year veteran of the real estate industry with experience in investment, management and financing of commercial real estate. 

    Prior to the formation of Centennial in 1997, Mr. Levin served as Executive Vice President of Patriot American Corp., a real estate investment and management company. From 1987 through 1994, Mr. Levin was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hampton Real Estate Group, Inc., a national real estate investment, asset management and property management company with a portfolio of commercial properties in excess of $500 million. In 1982, Mr. Levin co-founded The Levin Companies, Inc., a Texas-based real estate investment and property management company. From 1977 to 1982, Mr. Levin was an owner of a women’s apparel retailer with 60 stores located in malls and community shopping centers throughout the Southwest. Mr. Levin began his career there as Chief Financial Officer and subsequently became President. From 1975 to 1977, he worked at Deloitte and Touche (formerly Touche Ross & Co.) in the auditing department.

    Mr. Levin graduated in 1975 from the University of Southern California with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. He has been a licensed certified public accountant for 30 years. Mr. Levin is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a past member of the Urban Land Institute where he served on the Urban Development/Mixed-Use Council.

  • Temple Weiss


    Temple Weiss brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience to Centennial Real Estate. In his role as Senior Executive Vice President and CFO, Temple Weiss oversees accounting, finance, treasury, investor relations, tax, legal, human resources, information technology, compliance and risk mitigation.  In addition, Mr. Weiss is responsible for developing key relationships with financial partners as well as establishing strategic growth plans and enhancing operating performance to ensure the Centennial's ongoing financial success.

    Mr. Weiss brings a wealth of expertise from both the public and private sectors.  Most recently, he served as Managing Director of 3E Advisory Services, a boutique consulting and investing firm.  Previously, Mr. Weiss has served as Chief Financial Officer of restaurant company, CEC Entertainment, technology provider Pegasus Solutions and financial retailer ACE Cash Express.  Prior to that, Mr. Weiss served in various executive roles at hotel company La Quinta Corporation, including Executive Vice President, Development & Acquisitions and Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, where he oversaw the financial operations of the $4 billion real estate company during its ownership by Blackstone Real Estate Partners.  Mr. Weiss brings a history of creating value through capital allocation, revenue growth, cost management, strategic acquisitions and asset management.

    Mr. Weiss holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University and a Master of Hospitality Management degree from the University of Houston.  He serves on the Board of Trustees for Prestonwood Christian Academy and the Dean's Advisory Board for the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University.  Mr. Weiss is a frequent speaker at conferences and in classrooms and was previously named CFO of the Year by the Dallas Business Journal.

  • Steven Weiss

    Senior Executive Vice President

    As Senior Executive Vice President Real Estate, Steven Weiss leads the overall real estate and tenanting strategy for the Centennial portfolio including permanent and specialty leasing.

    Mr. Weiss brings 32 years of leasing experience to Centennial. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Leasing for General Growth Properties, where he was responsible for all aspects of permanent leasing for the Central and East Region of the GGP portfolio. Prior to GGP, Steven was Co-Founder and Principal of The North Shore Properties Group and held senior level positions at Urban Retail Properties and Equity Properties and Development Company.

    Steven’s role is instrumental in the development and continued growth of Centennial. Along with an accomplished career in leasing, he will bring a forward-thinking approach that will be critical to our success in today’s changing retail landscape. Mr. Weiss holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from the University of Illinois.

  • Mark Thorsen


    Mark Thorsen joined the Centennial team in 2015 as part of the company’s long-term growth initiative. As Senior Executive Vice President, Asset Management, Mr. Thorsen leads operations and marketing of all Centennial malls and shopping centers. With over 30 years in the retail and shopping center space, his experience with major REIT owners and developers created a great base to participate in Centennial’s plan.

    Prior to joining Centennial, Mr. Thorsen held positions in asset management, marketing, leasing, and retail management at major companies, which include Sears Roebuck, Homart Development, TrizecHahn Retail, Mrs. Fields, General Growth, and Rouse Properties. He also brings experience with new development, repositioning, and merchandising properties in mixed use, office, and super regional shopping centers, and lifestyle property formats.

    Though Mr. Thorsen’s successful career in commercial and retail properties has focused on bricks and mortar, a catalyst for this result has been his team members’ engagement and job satisfaction. He believes “it is not all about the buildings,” and that we should “take care of the people that take care of our customers.”

    As a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in finance, he is also a licensed real estate broker, a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) with the International Council of Shopping Centers, and an active member with the Department of Homeland Security shopping center infrastructure group for shopping center security matters.

  • Andrew Galvin


    Andrew Galvin is the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Centennial, overseeing Centennial’s portfolio acquisition efforts. In total, Mr. Galvin's transaction volume includes $1.8 billion of closed acquisitions, $470 million of dispositions, and $1.9 billion of financings.

    Mr. Galvin previously led the investment management team at Rouse Properties. At Rouse, he was integrally involved in the execution of the company’s strategic goals upon the company’s spinoff from General Growth Properties in 2012. He was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing value-add acquisition opportunities, including the acquisition of seven enclosed malls, and managing the company's disposition activity. As part of the capital recycling process to support the acquisition program, Mr. Galvin negotiated and closed eight single asset financings and was actively involved in the company’s common stock offering as well as the renegotiation of the corporate credit facility.

    Before Rouse, Mr. Galvin served as a Director of Investments at General Growth Properties, which led to the opportunity to help form and ultimately join the spinoff company. Mr. Galvin began his investment career at Vornado Realty Trust, where he was involved in acquiring shopping centers and urban retail. Mr. Galvin received a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.

  • Oliver Robinson


    Oliver Robinson joined Centennial in February 2014 and is responsible for the growing list of development and redevelopment projects at our mall properties. His focus is on adding value to Centennial’s assets by working directly with tenants, leasing brokers, architects, general contractors, partners, attorneys, property managers and local municipalities. He has worked closely with such national and regional tenants as Wal-Mart, Costco, Sam’s Club, Smith’s (Kroger), Petco, Old Navy, Spec’s, Barnes & Noble, Michael’s and Bank of America.  

    Before joining Centennial, Mr. Robinson was with Hudson Advisors (the real estate arm of Lone Star Funds) and Orix Capital Markets where he focused on asset management of retail, office/flex and land assets across the country, as well as entitlement and development efforts.  Mr. Robinson started his career in real estate with Trammell Crow Company in Houston and Dallas focusing on retail development. Prior to getting into real estate, Mr. Robinson was a Lieutenant in the US Navy and was stationed at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command in Orlando, FL, and Charleston, SC.  

    Mr. Robinson holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, and an MBA in finance and entrepreneurial management from the Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Robinson is a licensed real estate broker in Texas.

  • James Davis


    Jim Davis is the Executive Vice President National Leasing, overseeing national leasing efforts across the Centennial portfolio. Mr. Davis is a seasoned professional with 28 years of experience in the shopping center industry. His leasing career began at Richard E. Jacobs Group as a Leasing Representative. Mr. Davis was a VP of Leasing at Urban Retail Properties, where he assumed many duties, including third-party asset leasing.

    Mr. Davis switched gears for a decade and joined the retail side as SVP/Officer for The Finish Line, Inc. He also held leadership positions with RED Development and Olshan Properties. Over his career, he has been involved in millions of square feet of commercial lease transactions while enhancing each company’s success and profitability.

    He is a graduate of Cleveland State University and a 28-year member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

  • Maria Lutzow

    Chief Accounting Officer

    Maria Lutzow joins Centennial from Riveron Consulting where she served as director, providing real estate clients with technical accounting advisory services.  Prior to Riveron, she was a senior director of corporate accounting and policy for General Growth Properties. During her 13-year career with the company, Ms. Lutzow held a series of leadership roles in corporate accounting and financial reporting. She began her career with Deloitte, LLP.

    Ms. Lutzow lives in Chicago with her husband and children where she is actively involved in her church and the President of the PTO.  Ms. Lutzow is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois and earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting from Northern Illinois University.

  • Kevin Connell

    SVP Development and Construction

    As Senior Vice President of Development & Construction with Centennial Real Estate, Kevin Connell brings extensive experience in the planning and execution of commercial real estate development projects and nationwide expansion programs, with expertise in development, design, entitlements, construction management and executive leadership.  Previously, Mr. Connell held executive level retail development positions with Rouse Properties, General Growth Properties and JCPenney, and was Vice President of Property Development with Brinker International overseeing national multi-unit restaurant development. Mr. Connell earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, M.S. in Management and M.B.A. degrees from University of Texas Dallas, and is a registered professional engineer and a longtime member of ICSC.

  • Earl Harris

    SVP Leasing

    Earl Harris joined Centennial in April 2015. Mr. Harris is responsible for all leasing aspects of the Centennial Collection regional mall portfolio on the West Coast, including development and implementation of strategic planning, asset positioning, and tenant mix strategies in order to maximize leasing efficiency, property NOI, and overall profitability for investors. He also handles the outlet leasing initiatives at Brazos Mall in Lake Jackson, Texas. Mr. Harris brings 14 years of landlord representation, a strong reputation for relationship building, and an innovative and methodical approach to the execution of merchandising plans.

    Previously, Mr. Harris held executive and senior level positions with J. Small Investments and the Dallas Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group. In addition to his own production goals, Mr. Harris was responsible for the management and growth of project leasing teams as well as new business development, client relations, and marketing plan development and execution for approximately 7.5 million square feet of retail properties in Dallas/Fort Worth. Mr. Harris was a consistent top producer, ranking in Weitzman’s Top 10 statewide for 2005, 2006, 2007, 2010, 2011, and 2012, and was recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a "Heavy Hitter" from 2005 to 2013.

    Early in his career, Mr. Harris worked for Fortune 500 companies in the semiconductor fabrication and computer asset services industries in international sales and marketing roles covering the markets of Japan, South Korea, Germany, France, Spain, and the U.K.

    Mr. Harris is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, for which he served on the Board of Directors from 2010 to 2013.

    Mr. Harris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in international business from the University of Texas at Austin and an International Master of Business Administration degree, with Honors, from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Mr. Harris is a licensed real estate broker in Texas. He resides in Dallas with his wife, Debbie, and their two children, Lindi and Cooper.

  • Clay Walton

    SVP Leasing

    Clay Walton is the Senior Vice President of National Leasing responsible for all leasing responsibilities including lease executions and strategic merchandise planning at Centennial Collection’s regional malls Connecticut Post Mall in Milford, Connecticut, Fox Valley Mall in Aurora, Illinois, Hawthorn Mall in Vernon Hills, Illinois and Pueblo Mall in Pueblo, Colorado.

    Mr. Walton complements Centennial’s team with a 20-year history as a top-leasing performer. He comes to Centennial from The Macerich Company where he started as a Leasing Representative in 1997 and left in as Assistant Vice President of leasing-central region in late spring 2016. As Assistant VP at Macerich, Mr. Walton managed leasing and personnel for seventeen shopping centers in eight states throughout the central US. Under Mr. Walton’s leadership these centers saw a drastic increase in occupancy rates, transactions and annual net operating income; including Flatiron Crossing in Broomfield, Colorado where he facilitated 88 transactions in one year and a $4 million annual NOI gain.

    Before his time at Macerich, Mr. Walton was the Director of Youth Ministries at the Christ United Methodist Church. He holds a Bachelor’s of Arts from Saint Edwards University and has received accolades including Central Leasing Person of the Year and Best Actor at Saint Edward’s. His is also a former Eagle Scout and Parliamentarian at Alpha Psi Omega.

  • Deborah Georgetti-Piro

    SVP Business Development

    Deborah J. Georgetti-Piro is Senior Vice President of Business Development for Centennial Real Estate Company. She will be overseeing the specialty leasing, permanent kiosks, sponsorship, and storage for the Centennial Collection. Prior to coming on board, she had a successful consulting business and was President of GPA, Georgetti-Piro & Associates, LLC. GPA provided leasing and consulting services to retailers, developers, manufacturers, and suppliers with a focus on cost efficiency and maximizing income.

    Prior to starting her consulting business, Ms. Georgetti-Piro served as Senior Vice President of Specialty Leasing for the Mills/A Simon Company; Vice President of Business Development for General Growth Properties; and Director of Specialty Leasing for Corporate Property Investors. She has over 25 years of combined experience in permanent leasing, specialty leasing, and sponsorship. Ms. Georgetti-Piro is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers CLS Admissions and Governing Committee and has served on many committees and advisory boards within the industry.

  • Nicholas Bendorf

    Vice President Investment

    As Vice President Investment for Centennial Real Estate, Nick Bendorf is responsible for underwriting acquisition opportunities as well as managing the due diligence and closing processes.

    Prior to joining Centennial, Mr. Bendorf served as an associate at Hudson Advisors, the real estate arm of Lone Star Funds. At Hudson, he was responsible for the asset management of over 3.2 million square feet of retail space with a market value of over $400 million. His transactional experience at Hudson included acquiring over $300 million in assets and selling over $90 million. Mr. Bendorf also was responsible for supporting the management and coordination of a $1.8 billion multifamily portfolio. In that capacity, he helped establish the value-add strategy for renovating over 18,000 apartment units across the country, as well as developed and maintained the portfolio’s financial model. His previous experience includes roles at a publicly traded REIT, Digital Realty Trust (DLR) and a commercial appraisal firm, Integra.

    Mr.Bendorf holds a master’s degree in real estate and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University. He is a member of The Real Estate Council.
