The Company acquires properties both on its own account and in partnership with leading institutional /private equity investment firms and high net-worth private investors.

Centennial is currently looking to expand its shopping center portfolio by seeking acquisition opportunities which meet the following criteria:

Acquisition Criteria

  • Property Type: Grocery/Drug-anchored Neighborhood Centers; Community/Power Centers; Enclosed Shopping Malls
  • Primary Areas of Interest: Texas, California, Arizona, Washington, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Oregon
  • Minimum Investment Size: $2,500,000
  • Maximum Investment Size: None
  • Property Size: >30,000 sq. ft
  • Terms: Centennial's size and strong capital relationships allow the firm to move with the necessary speed to underwrite and close deals quickly
